I have used this app with ReSound Linx2 9s since July 2015 on two compatible Apple devices and experienced nothing but one problem after another. Frequent visits to my audiologist and close coordination with company engineers have yielded unsatisfactory results. Connectivity problems persist. The number of adjustments required to affect even one change are maddening and should be unnecessary given the cost of the hearing aids, size of the company and especially the claims made in marketing brochures or on their website. If you are streaming Apple Music through your devices and want to change the hearing aid program you are in, you must stop streaming, change your program, be certain the change stays, then resume streaming. The process is rather labor intensive and disruptive and is one of numerous examples occurring in the course of a typical user day. The recent update to the app made a barely discernible difference in only one problem area. If you are considering a purchase of devices and thinking the ability to stream content on your phone, iPad or iPod via wireless Bluetooth connectivity will be easy or seamless, please conduct plenty of research and read all reviews you can find. My experience has been sufficiently poor that I am compelled to write my first bad review ever. It is my opinion that ReSound is not acting responsibly in relation to the applications they offer or the advertising they distribute about the capabilities of hearing aids they sell.
