The hearing aids themselves are the best I have had to date, but the Bluetooth connectivity to your iPhone is worthless, even when you can get it connected, it quickly drops out and you end up rebooting hearing aids and reinstalling software.

When can we expect an app update that supports the newly released iPhoneSE?
The latest upgrade has created Bluetooth problems. Please fix it.
The app is, generally speaking good, but the latest version, released late April 2016, introduced a bug whereby you need to restart your hearing aids a second time before the iPhone detects them.
Leaps and bounds for connectivity without a companion device. Please add functionality for me to control which apps go to my hearing set and which do not! This is crucial. Please improve Bluetooth of streaming video and audio from phone to hearing set when streaming. Perhaps working with Apple to build in a smarter buffering utility setting within accessibility features for hearing aid users. Please post if there is a power users group tech savvy users can join and test beta Versions of app update.
Hearing aid works well with my iPhone 6 and Apple Watch except for the following: 1. Whether placing or receiving a call, theres a disconcerting delay of several seconds before participants on the call can actually hear each other. 2. Ringtones from incoming calls dont play in the hearing aids, causing me to miss some calls.
This apps basic functions work effectively as described but it has frustrating limits and Resound is not improving it. Limits include: 1. Unable to customize which audio sources go to hearing aides. Audio automatically defaults to the aides. I would like to set phone calls to default to the iPhone and change this when Im driving. Cant do this. If Im streaming music on bluetooth speakers, walk out of range of the streaming device, then walk back into range, my hearing aides automatically take over the Bluetooth stream. Cant prevent this from happening. 2. When receiving a call there is a long lag before my aides pick up the audio. Resound needs to invest more resources developing this app! The company doesnt seem to be listening.
It is critical that they provide a way to permanently set defaults to not stream to hearing aides when Bluetooth is on. Phone calls are much clearer on my iPhone so I dont want them streamed to my hearing aids, yet I have to reset this every time I step away from my phone. Incredibly annoying! I want to connect my hearing aids to my phone to use the find feature (I have spent a lot of money replacing lost hearing aids!), but I do not want anything streamed to them. This SHOULD be an option!!! This app needs improvements!!!
Flakey connection from iPhone 6 to Linx2. Drops calls constantly. Please fix.
Very poor set up. Tired of defaulting to hearing aids for almost everything video.
Disappointing lack of options; implies a broad set of choices in demo, which are not available on my aids. Favorites should be shown on same page as other programs.
After upgrading my iPad to iOS 9, the Bluetooth connection disappeared, and cannot be reset.
Since update to 9.1 nothing pairs dont update
Battery status indicator does not work well. Only shows 1/2 full for a short time before gives out. Also goes back and forth between half and full after open and close battery compartment.
The new app update is as schizophrenic as ever if not more so. Synchronizing both aids to the same program setting is a crap shoot. App will drop connectivity of one or both aids for no reason. I still love the hearing aids but the functionality of the app does piss me off at times.
Since I upgraded to IOS9, my Apple Watch will not connect to my AIDS. One step forward and two steps back...
Overall the app is okay. My biggest gripe is that it automatically connects to my phone. When I get a call there is always a delay before I can hear my party. I would prefer not to have this "feature " active. Can someone update this???
Worked good for about half a day then all kinds of wacky things started happening. The battery charge gauge indicates low batteries when the batteries are new. The modes start changing on their on. I tried turning the app off and on, didnt help. I deleted the app and reloaded, appeared to make problems worse. I give up. My Aids work fine without this frustrating app.
Had to disconnect and deleted the app for now. Since iOS 9 installation on a 5s iPhone and the latest app update the app has been unmanageable. In my car, the phone connection should automatically go to car multimedia via Bluetooth -- sometimes goes to Bluetooth and sometimes directly to hearing aids -- dangerous and defeats the advantage of the Bluetooth connection. Overall very erratic performance an a step back rather than a step foreword.
