Update disaster

Fortunately I havent had the same issues as the reviews Ive read, but what has happened is that the sound has changed, and not in a good way, when Im streaming through my computer, which I use very heavily in my work every single day. I want to be able to restore it back to the second before I agreed to the latest update. This is not good!!
ReSound, do yall actually read these reviews and act accordingly? Too many people are experiencing very serious issues with this latest update. PLEASE reverse the latest update with another update so that your customers are not having all of these problems!
